Pickup is from the El Nido points listed on this page — El Nido Bus Terminal, the Corong-Corong area, El Nido town centre, and the Lio, Nacpan, Duli, Sibaltan and San Fernando areas — and you choose yours at booking; the outlying ones carry a supplement. If your accommodation is outside those areas, meet the driver at the nearest listed point.

It stays with the driver while you are on the river, then goes to your Sabang hotel at check-in. Pack anything you want on the boat into a waterproof bag, as the listing advises.

Full payment is taken at booking. Cancellations within 7 days of the tour date are non-refundable, and a no-show is charged in full.
